Product Manager (m/f)
Minimal Invasive Surgery / Endoscopy
The Product Manager is expected to:
- Define innovative application-oriented products, in particular in the field of Minimal Invasive Surgery (MIS)
- Develop business plans and be responsible for projects in the field of product development including analysis of the commercial success
- Develop the MIS Market Intelligence and expand the product portfolio
- Launch new products and be responsible for the products until phase-out
- Work with Schoelly-Group sales channels to represent changing customer requirements in the headquarters
- Develop training material and perform product demos
Required experience and knowledge
-
Graduate Engineer Medical Technology, OR Technician or comparable qualification

Experience with application, cleaning and sterilization of medical products

Experience in the medical market as product manager or sales representative in an international medical device company is preferable

Excellent presentation skills in German and English

Proven ability to explain complex issues simply and understandably

Economic basic knowledge is advantageous

Excellent team work skills, creativity, willingness to travel, open-minded and interested in working autonomously in a varied field of activity
