Different customers have different needs. That is why we have developed tailor-made customer care packages and built a global network of customer service agencies. Our endoscopes are compatible with all commercial systems currently available.
Should a damage or malfunction occur on any of our products, we investigate in each case whether repair is possible or replacement is indicated for safety reasons. We do not only maintain and repair our own products, but any commercially available system.

If the cost rules out repair, we provide our customers with compatible next-generation optics at fair prices. Returned materials that can be reused will be recycled for the sake of environmental protection and cost-efficiency.
To warrant a high quality level in customer care, staff dealing with our customers worldwide receives continual training at our Denzlingen headquarters. Our customer service network is of course also ready to support our OEM partners wherever needed.
