In the presence of Denzlingens` mayor Dr. Lothar Fischer Schölly Fiberoptics celebrated this year´s and last year´s employment anniversaries of the Denzlingen crew on February, 16th 2009 at a local venue.

This crew of motivated and enthusiastic team members, who are with company for many years now, are the cornerstone of Schöllys`success story, which started as a 2-person-company back in 1977 and evolved to an international group of companies that employs more than 500 people all over the world at the moment.

 

    

 

A special hug was reserved for "Schölly-veteran" Hanspeter Mayer, who celebrated his 30th employment anniversary back in January. That´s why mayor Lothar Fischer pointed out that he felt more like being on a family party instead of a company celebration. At the end of his speech Dr. Fischer handed over a special historic map of Denzlingen back in 1873, exactly 100 years before Schölly Fiberoptics was founded.
